These terms govern sales made through the noSOCKSy online store. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Seller
The store is operated by noSOCKSy, ul. Błońska 13, Poland. Contact: nosockspoland@gmail.com, +48 602 35 03 65.
2. Orders
Orders are placed via the website. After you submit an order and it is confirmed, a sales contract is concluded. All prices, taxes and delivery costs are shown before you confirm.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT. Payments are handled by external providers (e.g. PayU / Przelewy24). Promotions (15% off orders of 120 PLN or more, or a 5th pair free when buying 4) never combine — the more favorable one applies. For wholesale orders of 50+ pairs, pricing is arranged directly with the manufactory.
4. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times depend on the chosen method. Shipping is free on orders over 100 PLN.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging.
6. Complaints
If a product is defective, contact us by email. We will respond promptly and, where justified, repair, replace or refund the item in line with Polish consumer law.
7. Out-of-court resolution
Consumers may use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Polish law and jurisdiction apply.
